As I have written before the growth in the numbers of Russian and Romanian tourists (amongst others) just accelerates the trend towards Bulgaria as a regional rather than a pan-European holiday destination.For Western Europeans Bulgaria is just not competitive anymore in both price and quality in it's resorts. Romanians can simply drive here, and Russians can just speak Russian here and the flight distances are relatively small.I cannot find a week Bed and Breakfast in a 2 star for less than £300 from the UK.
