This is ,of course partly bullshit :) .The rouble has stabilised, but at a low level.Bulgaria has suddenly become an expensive holiday destination for them (as has everywhere outside Russia). This summer will be a wonderful one on the Russian Black Sea coast, but there will be a massive fall in Russian visitors here.
Whilst there may be an increase in last minute bookings, this represents a serious blow, not just for tourism, but for the wider Bulgarian economy which is heavily dependent on it.
