Novinite News service reports that a poll of Real Estate 'experts' ranks Bulgaria as the 4th best place to invest in.This is good news, the only problem for its credibility is that 44% of correspondents chose Iraq as the No. 1 venue !. I think they must have taken a controlled substance before they filled this questionaire in !.
