Petrol in Bulgaria is very expensive almost on a par with the UK.There is only one domestic oil refinery in Bulgaria and just a few big retailers.A Cartel therefore comes as no surprise whatsoever.I won't be holding my breath for price cuts though.After all this is Bulgaria, they hold a big investigation and afterwards absolutely nothing happens.
