Property Update

Well readers one of the great advantages of blog ownership is that you get to blatantly plug pet topics or projects.
Todays blatant plug is for my property website www.gobg.co.uk .I am in the process of tweaking it at the moment, but it is full of some great offers on the Black Sea and contains a picture gallery, amongst other things.

I hope you find it enjoyable and interesting, and for those of you looking for Bulgarian property I hope you see something you want. The direct link is in the headline !.You can contact us direct by e mail info@gobg.co.uk

    2. if that's the case I hope the new buyers of apartments are warned about all the platinium directors.if the Bulgarian justice system was nt so corrupt and backward,o reilly and his like would not of got away with scamming us.

  22. Paid out €47,000 for an apartment in Selena. Did not make the final payment. Have paid money over to a solicitor in Bulgaria to fight our case. We won it but have still not received any money and am beginning to lose hope of every getting anything back. Has anyone on here received any money back on their investment and is there anyone on here that completed on the sale of their apartment. Would appreciate any comments - may be worth getting a group together and fighting it together as it does not appear to be working as an individual - they have just walked off with all our cash.

  24. is corestone one of the top developer in Bulgaria?

    ReplyDelete
  25. Corestone is a front for Neil O'Reilly and Boyan Bonev to hide behind so they can scam investors for money - this is all blocked to Europe so Asian investors can be conned more easily - the claims on their website are mainly fake with multiple developments unfinished and most of those that completed they acted as sales agents only:
    1. SR phase 2 finished 2 years late, SR phase 3 still not developed despite plans from 2005
    2. Sunny Hills (took investment from Irish in 2003, remains as a site still.
    3. Blue Bay Club (BBC) sold a large scale development to Irish and Nordic investors totaling 30M Euro making €26M profit in 2006 and not a sod has been turned to date.
    4. Aheloy Beach Residence 1,000 apartments sold off-plan in 2006 and the subject of an Insolvency Procedure where 18.5M Euro of purchasers funds are missing and the use of fake mortgages, fraulelent trading and money laundering have denied creditors a return of their funds
    5. Aheloy Beach Commercial (where COR is a shareholder) a retail development to serve all 3 large Aheloy residential developments sold for 18.6M Euro to Irish and Nordic investors in 2006 remains as a shell 9 years after the completion date
    6. Crystal Springs in Bansko, a large residential and golf development sold to Irish buyers never started although the plot of land changed hands several times between companies owned by Platinum Directors the final time at multiples of the initial purchase price and which was used to place a mortgage against the funds provided to block their return.
    7. Summit Lodge in Bansko is a shell and now insolvent with a number of fake claims as creditors by companies connected to Boyan Bonev
    8. Whiteoaks Lodge CD - an unfinished shell of a building where the bank who provided finance for the project (this was a self financing project using purchasers funds) now own the majority of the apartments
    9. Whiteoaks Lodge AB - an unfinished project where SB removed the bank and the developer (Boyan Bonev/Stanislav Yordanov) from the complex and the owners are trying to complete it themselves
    10. Dobrinishte Ski owned originally by Sunset Resort (Boyan Bonev) and transferred to Aheloy Residence EOOD (Neil O'Reilly) which is now bankrupt with Irish investors facing fake creditors to try and recover their original investment
    11. Selena Residence - 2 blocks completed 3 years after delivery date and most of the Irish investors lost their money - Boyan Bonev now owns most of these apartments and has previously rented them to Russian tourists
    12. Avondale site (beside Selena in nessebar) sold in 2005/06 and still not a sod of grass turned on the site.
    13. Pomorie Golf or Nessebar Golf and Country Club (NGCC) originally part of SR from 2003 remains as agriculture land 14 years later
    14. Whitewood Lodge and Whitepeaks Lodge in Bansko (65 apartments) taken over by owners where Act 16 had not been paid for and other bills relating to services were left for owners to cover

    ReplyDelete
  26. Selena Residence - it's so difficult to know who to trust. Many people who handed more money over to solicitors and won their case still have not received a cent back and probably will not! Anyone on here get any money back thanks

  27. Because the Developer has moved all his assets from the company making it gravely insolvent, the Bailiffs are afraid to go after them because of personal liability and Bulgaria itself is utterly corrupt and devoid of any (regulation and) enforcement and with wages so low and profits from selling properties to overseas purchasers so high its wasy to pay off officials to ensure you are ripped off - this includes court experts, Bankruptcy Assignee's, judges, the Bulgarian Revenue and local police and probably the Govenor of the region who is the personal solicitor to the developer behind Selena and others and Youtube shows the Govenor presenting for the Developer in Southeast Asia where they are working together to scam investors there blocking their websites and efforts from Western European's whom they robbed up to 2008. The EU do not ensure regulations are enforced here and this is why Boyhan Bonev and his associates have a free hand to rob their investors or marks as they are known in the trade
