Appeal for donations for breathing equipment for newborn babies in Dobrich

Uncles Comment: This combination will last a few months. GERB (the ex PM Boiko Borisov's party) is allegedly pro European, the others look to Russia.For a range of issues from gas pipelines through to procurement contracts and foreign policy this could be hell on earth. It is interesting to note that Borisov is the first PM since Communism to become PM for the second time, and whose political formation has not collapsed (obviously the BSP is a perennial)
