Tragedy and too quick to point to drugs but the story is developing. Breaking news is that 8 other people have been taken to hospital.Could be dodgy alcohol I suppose.
UPDATE: The Independent newspaper in the UK is reporting that a resort worker has been arrested for cocaine offenses.
