The world's worst airlines revealed, based on quality, delays and claims | Travel | The Independent:


Well Wizzair does not feature though its customer care when flights are diverted (as my Varna one was on Monday) leaves a lot to be desired.This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time we were dumped in Sofia, the second time Bucharest (yes not even in the right country !).No representative turns up as you wait endlessly for the buses that are supposed to be 'waiting outside'.

Easyjet which flies into Sofia does feature as second worst.
